Passes and Tickets
Think of a pass as a coupon book.
To buy a pass, use the Passes link on the main page.
Select the pass you wish to purchase, and follow the prompts.
To use a pass to watch a film, you need to redeem a ‘coupon.’ Log in to your Eventive account.
Select Streaming Films.
Choose your film, then click Order/Unlock to Watch.
Select your pass (highlighted), and you will now have a ticket to watch the film. You will receive email confirmation.
Purchasing In-Person Tickets for Multiple Films
Every film being show in person has the outline of a star next to the ORDER IN PERSON TICKETS
Click on the stars for each film you wish to purchase tickets. After each selection, there will be a pop-up at the bottom of the screen with the title you just starred, and the words VIEW STARRED. Click on VIEW STARRED. If you don’t click on VIEW STARRED, it will eventually fade away. Star or unstar any selection to have it reappear.
The next screen will display your selections, along with a link to place your order. Click on ORDER TICKETS TO [# of films you’ve selected] STARRED EVENTS.

What Have I Pre-Ordered?
On the festival page, look for your initials in the upper right corner and click that icon.
Selecting “My Content Library” will display all the films and videos you have unlocked.
